- cGMP point of view machine is provided with SS cladding on base, pillar, machine chamber, SS cover on motor. cGMP Sicht Maschine ist mit SS Verkleidung auf der Basis, Säule, Maschinen-Kammer, SS Abdeckung Motor. No exposed painted surface on top of the machine. Keine ausgesetzt lackierte Oberfläche auf der Oberseite der Maschine.
- Beaters and shaft are of stainless steel 304 quality and beaters are further hardened and hard chrome plated. Schlägel und Welle sind aus rostfreiem Stahl 304 Qualität und Schläger sind weiter gehärtet und hartverchromt. Beaters are fitted on a shaft. Schlägel sind auf einer Welle montiert.
- Direction of beaters can be changed by reversible switch. Richtung der Schläger kann durch reversible Schalter geändert werden.
- Beaters assembly is swing type, dynamically balanced which reduces vibration and noise level and increases bearing life. Schlägel Montage ist Swing-Typ, dynamisch ausgewuchtet, die
Vibrations-und Geräuschpegel senkt und erhöht die Lebensdauer der Lager.
- 12 nos. 12 nos. Beaters are of knife and impact edges & 2 nos. Schlägel sind von Messer und Stoßkanten & 2 nos. beaters are of scrapper blades types. Schläger sind scrapper Klingen Typen.
- All contact parts are of SS 304 quality and can be easily & quickly dismantled and cleaned. Alle Teile sind aus SS 304 Qualität und lässt sich leicht und schnell demontiert und gereinigt werden.
- Cylindrical screen for higher output. Zylindrischer Schirm für höhere Leistung.
- Flameproof electrical components can be provided at extra cost. Druckfeste elektrischen Komponenten können gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
